Stop Procrastinating

In order to stop procrastinating you must find out "who" is truly procrastinating. Meditation

Meditation has been growing in popularity in the West, and studies have shown that it has many benefits. These include stress reduction, which can lower the chance of high blood pressure, stroke and heart attack; providing a break in the day, thus refreshing the meditator who then has renewed energy and attention to put to whatever tasks may be at hand; interrupting a person's chronic patterns of thought, some of which are quite negative and not good for overall health and productivity; and bringing a person's attention more to the present day so that he or she can enjoy what's happening now more instead of being stuck worrying about past problems. Just for the hell of it, many of us readers of top-selling mags like Cosmo, for example, take the personality types quizzes that tell us who wears the pants in the relationship, or how sexy we are in bed, or how hyper, nervous, funny, fat, etc. we are…. The greatest fun of personality types tests—quizzes that don’t get graded, really—are those online that allow us to objectify, colorize, or animalize ourselves…by taking, for instance, the “what kind of car are you?” test or the “which animal do you most closely identify?” with quiz.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is one of the most widely used and effective catalysts for positive changes that a person can use. You can use hypnosis for weight loss, for quitting smoking, for erasing bad habits, for emotional healing, becoming more confident, and almost any other inner change you can imagine. But how do you start? Is it costly? How do I find a good hypnotist? Is self-hypnosis effective?
